Organisation development




Five examples of our work in organisation development are given below..






Pakistani Community Centre, Oldham. Development of a new Community
Interest Company (CIC) to act as a vehicle for asset transfer of the Centre
as part of a wider, cross-cultural community development plan.


St Helens Information Sharing Protocol. A review of the use and value of an
information sharing protocol for partners engaged in providing services to young
people, including excluded young people, identifying strengths, weaknesses and
opportunities for improving partnership working. 


Groundwork Mersey Valley. A review of the options available for the Mersey
Valley Partnership (Halton and Warrington Borough Councils) to secure a viable
future for a local environmental development and management initiative,
comparing the benefits and disadvantages of remaining unchanged, establishing
an independent trust and converting to a Groundwork Trust - the option chosen.


Merseyside Chinese community. Development of a Healthy Living Centre bid
for the local Chinese Community Association to provide a focal point and
springboard for the further development of a healthy, sustainable Chinese
community in Merseyside and the north-west.


Age Concern. Work with four district Age Concern organisations to identify the
scope for new arrangements such as partnership, joint working and merger.
