Three examples of our work in providing
strategic support or advice are given below.





L1 Partnership, Liverpool. Extended advice and support in vision development,
programme and project development, funding advice and applications
and development of L1 Ltd as a successor local regeneration company to
the L1 Partnership.


St Helens. Evaluation and review of the St Helens European Union Objective 1  
Pathways Programme 1995-2000 with recommendations for the future.


Government Office North-west. Advice, data collection and analysis in
preparation for Round 2 of the European Union Objective 1 programme for 
Merseyside 2000-2006 under the "People and Communities" initiative.


European Union Objective 1. Review of the delivery of the £1 billion 
regeneration programme to learn transferable lessons and  identify key
 factors in its success.
